Job Title:

Email Marketing Specialist

 

Job Purpose

Responsible for assisting with SEG customer-facing email communications. This role will focus on email development, reporting and ongoing implementation of personalized customer experiences through email, SMS and mobile push. The individual in this role will work to develop a familiarity with all aspects of SEG’s email service provider (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and will work with the SEG brand marketing and creative teams to develop assets for all SEG email campaigns.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our email marketing program, from building emails via HTML through campaign deployment and reporting.

Monitor engagement metrics such as open and click rate and develop tactics for optimization.

Develop and maintain strong knowledge of HTML in an email environment, with an ongoing emphasis on tracking and accessibility.

Utilize large sets of data to deliver personalized and dynamic experiences.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
