Job Purpose | This role is an entry level role and will learn the processes for developing quality requirements and testing processes for IT solution delivery. In this role the incumbent will learn and support the IT Portfolio of applications and ensure documentation is kept current. |

Essential Responsibilities |

Learns how to develop functional requirements based on the gathered business requirements, perform gap analysis, business process re-engineering, and problem-solving activities to meet the business needs. | 30% | Develops strong relationships with all key business stakeholders to gain full understanding of business processes. Learns the IT Portfolio of systems and keeps documentation current to provide support of systems for performance, stability, and business continuity. | 30% | Learns to support the IT Portfolio systems for configuration, administration, performance, stability, and business continuity. Understands processes, conducts basic troubleshooting, learns the technical product and system processes. Provides basic on-call support. Coordinates with vendor support to enter and follow up on the resolution of trouble tickets. | 25% | Participates in technical design to learn and ensure requirements are met. Communicates what has been deployed and works with QA to define the testing approach. Learns processes to perform testing and facilitate user-acceptance testing of new application systems and technologies. | 15% | | |
