Job Purpose |
The Asset Protection Program Coordinator will assist with creating and maintaining program records, reports, presentations, and proposals. This position will undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks as well as carry out important operational duties. The position includes supporting key department systems and related upgrades while also assisting with program growth and development as necessary. This position will be responsible for preparing and maintaining all relevant program documentation and procedures and producing timely reports that will be shared with key business partners |

Essential Responsibilities |
Responsibility | % Of Time | Program Documentation Collect and organize program details and document the workflow and steps within each program ensuring that the program’s goals align with the company’s objectives. Define the program goals and objectives including program purpose, expectations, action items, ownership, and supporting resources. Maintain the program documents ensuring it always reflects the current state. | 60% | Department Reporting Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports that provide insight into key data points. Share and communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers in a way that effectively relates data to the audience. Work with internal and external partners to regularly communicate status, activities, and achievements to leadership. | 30% | Project Support Occasionally support ongoing business initiatives or projects through testing, creation and documentation of procedures, and other tasks as needed. | 10% |
