Process Sustainability Manager

 

 

Job Purpose

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for the implementation, improvement, and sustainability of processes in assigned districts that will support the achievement of financial goals for labor, product availability and shrink. This role will work in partnership with District Directors and individual stores to monitor, coach, and train all levels of associates to execute availability, productivity and shrink processes to drive profitable sales and customer satisfaction. This role will use knowledge of store processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Manages shrink, product availability and labor productivity processes in all assigned stores. Coaches store leadership through proper processes and procedures to ensure the store's financial success and process sustainability. Monitors all stores’ KPIs and assesses progress regularly through data analysis.

Coordinates certification schedules and performs sustainability certifications for assigned areas. Communicates results, advises on action plans and coaches for developmental opportunities.

Follows up with opportunity stores and retrains associates as needed. Uses knowledge of store culture to facilitate change in the stores. Collaborates with the training team to identify gaps in knowledge.

20%

Analyzes and reports various trends and opportunities to district and store leadership while providing actional insights. Uses quantitative data to plan and execute effective use of time by prioritizing all district stores’ needs.

·    Experience in a grocery retail environment.
