Supports the performance management processes in collaboration with business leaders to support best in class performance initiatives & programs that align with and drive a high-performance work culture.

STRATEGY & PLANNING

Develops, designs, and implements performance management programs, systems, tools and best practices as applicable to the company to support a high-performance culture. This includes goal setting, succession planning, talent development planning, leadership assessment including 360 feedback, calibration best practices, performance and merit review process and best practices for accountability. Champions a culture of constant feedback and progress and develops tools to align individual goals with company strategic objectives. Ensures the performance management policy is up to date and the performance guidebook is available for use by staff.

DRIVE RESULTS

Executes performance management activities that support the development of our associates and maintains the performance review system to establish a systematic way of evaluating employee performance and to provide constructive feedback to employees. Monitors performance review activity and provide the necessary support, training, and development to lead the performance management process.

RELATIONSHIPS

Partners with compensation, communications and HR Business Partners to execute performance management processes and strategy for store and store support, including awareness, education and communication while providing exceptional customer service and strong confidentiality.

INSIGHTS & ACTION

Conducts frequent analytics of performance across the business and communicates trend data, best practices and insights via reports and presentations to key stakeholders and makes recommendations to produce actionable information at the macro and micro levels.
