Job Purpose

Job Purpose

This role ensures the strategic alignment, execution and delivery of company initiatives and goals that drive people, customer connection, operational excellence and growth. In this position, the individual oversees training needs analysis, designs recommendations,  develops relevant content, implements training solutions and evaluates training effectiveness. Collaboration with various stakeholders is a key aspect of this role, aiming to improve associate performance, promote a culture of ongoing learning, and contribute to the overall success of the retail business.

Leads, mentors, and cultivates a team of Region Training Managers to execute company needs by providing effective leadership and communication.

Oversees the development, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive store training programs emphasizing the customer experience and driving positive business outcomes.

Evaluates district and region performance to ensure training programs  meet business needs and contribute to performance improvement.

Establishes metrics that measure the performance and success of ongoing training programs and identify areas of improvement and implement solutions that improve the effectiveness.

Develops and continuously updates training curriculum for store leadership, focusing on ongoing professional development.

Associate's Degree or 2 Yrs Relevant Experience

Business Management or Human Resources
