Job Purpose |
This role supports the Internal Communications & Events team in the implementation of communication strategies by participating in the planning and coordination of company events and associate engagement campaigns, as well as developing written and digital content designed to actively inform associates of company strategies and initiatives while promoting and enhancing the company’s vision and values. |

Essential Responsibilities |
Responsibility | % Of Time | Assists with research, writing and editing content for Company Announcements (including Company newsletters), enterprise portal, SEG TV and other communications channels, all of which engage associates regarding strategic Company initiatives, events and people, including our commitment to belonging, inclusion and diversity. Ensures all content is compelling and in alignment with Company objectives and brand standards. | 30% | Participates in the planning, coordination and execution of Company Town Halls, key leadership meetings, engagement campaigns, road shows and other high-visibility events (virtually and on-site). Confirms projects and events will meet budgets and timelines. Serves as point person with vendors to ensure AV equipment, photographers, videographers, etc. are scheduled for Company events. | 20% | Creates surveys and reports capturing engagement metrics determining if internal messages, meetings and events are engaging associates. Makes recommendations to improve readership of internal Company messages. | 15% | Supports the Company’s employment brand strategy by producing and posting social media content to such platforms as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Glassdoor. Develops and maintains a content calendar of postings to represent the Company, culture and community. | 15% | Works closely with business partners to ensure brand consistency in internal communications and updates collateral as needed. | 10% | Creates presentations and other documents for business partners and company leadership. | 10% |
