Main Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Research digital monitoring best practices for consumer facing apps and websites (applications)
- Review and understand of all our existing KPIs being captured in Dynatrace along with their level of readiness (how accurate or if any gaps)
- Interview our Application and Integration teams in order to identify telemetry and monitoring gaps in our consumer facing apps in Dynatrace
- Create and modify different dashboards and graphs within Dynatrace
Expected Deliverables:
- Develop a proposal of how telemetry needs to be presented for each of our applications from a monitoring and user experience intelligence perspective
- Create a vision on how Dashboards need to be structured for each of our applications and what data points need to be presented
- Provide a point of view on how to standardize our Dynatrace KPIs and publish their definitions in a consumable externally facing manner
- Define a process for maintaining these KPIs and their definitions

Job Description: Generative AI is rapidly changing the way grocery retailers do business. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented intern to join our team and assist in identifying and developing a prototype that uses generative AI to fulfill a key business need at Southeastern Grocers. The intern will work closely with the AI Specialist to conduct market research, meet with business partners, create proposals and user stories, develop, and test prototypes, and create a business case for the production implementation of the project.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Python and other programming languages
- Strong knowledge of, or experience with, cloud services, specifically Microsoft Azure

Project Management Office Internship:
If we are going to expect quality communications at leadership and associate levels, we need to invest in this skill. A communications type role could help with developing publications that evangelize IT to external stakeholders. Additionally, a communications person will help develop curriculum within IT to develop soft skills such as professional etiquette, expectations of behavior in every day interactions, and personal accountability to be reliable as well as be a source of authority no matter your level in the organization.
At the end of the program, IT should have a published IT Report with and ongoing support plan. Additionally, an internal education plan and curriculum will be developed for IT associates focusing on soft skills and access to educational tools.
